TikShop Agreement

This Contract Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of Year 2024, by and between TikShop Online Shopping Platform, hereinafter referred to as "TikShop," and Store Owner’s, hereinafter referred to as the "Store Owner."

Both parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Profit Sharing

1.1 The Store Owner shall earn 20% profit from the selling price of each item successfully sold through their TikShop store.

1.2 The remaining balance of the selling price shall be allocated to TikShop for operational costs, supplier fees, and platform maintenance.

2. Responsibilities of the Store Owner

2.1 Order Fulfillment:

• The Store Owner must ensure timely and accurate processing of all customer orders.

• Neglecting or abandoning customer orders is strictly prohibited.
  

2.2 Customer Interaction:

• The Store Owner must provide prompt and professional responses to all customer inquiries.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority.
  

2.3 Professional Conduct:

• The Store Owner is expected to operate with integrity and professionalism, reflecting positively on TikShop’s reputation.
  
  

3. Reputation Protection

3.1 TikShop relies on the conduct of its Store Owners to maintain a strong and trustworthy reputation among its customers.

3.2 Should the Store Owner’s actions negatively impact TikShop’s reputation, including but not limited to neglecting orders, poor customer service, or fraudulent practices, TikShop reserves the right to take corrective measures, as outlined in Section 4.

4. Penalties for Non-Compliance

4.1 Store Closure:

• If the Store Owner violates the terms of this Agreement or engages in misconduct, TikShop has the right to foreclose the Store Owner’s store and terminate this Agreement.
  

4.2 Compensation Recovery:

• In cases of gross negligence or intentional harm to TikShop’s reputation, TikShop reserves the right to recover any damages incurred.
  

4.3 Forfeiture of Funds:

• Any remaining funds in the Store Owner's account may be withheld or forfeited upon termination for misconduct.
  
  

5. Agreement Termination

5.1 This Agreement may be terminated by TikShop for any breach of the terms outlined in this document.

5.2 The Store Owner may voluntarily terminate this Agreement by providing written notice, provided there are no outstanding obligations or unresolved customer issues.

6. Acknowledgment

By submitting their valid id's and once they owned the store, the Store Owner acknowledges that they:

• Have read and understood the terms of this Agreement.

• Agree to abide by TikShop’s policies and operate their store responsibly.
